A friend of mine who had been in the industry.

To be honest, addiction. I’m in recovery and have been clean and sober for 6 years now. Living and enjoying life.
Q: What do you like most about your job?
The fact that it’s about life and safety. The work I do could save lives and property.
Q: How has a career in construction impacted your life?
My industry and line of work gave me a purpose in life and to know what I do is very important for life.
Q: What advice do you have for others wanting to enter the construction industry?
That construction is just as important as any other jobs in life. It’s also important industry for our world to move forward.
