Rommel Cranston Construction, which provides traffic control construction services, takes safety seriously, especially workplace safety. The company encourages and provides incentives to employees for professional development through education, apprenticeship, safety training, association involvement, volunteering and certifications.

Bromley, who began his career as a union electrical apprentice, believes in the merits of merit shop construction. Rommel Cranston operates three merit shop construction firms (Rommel Cranston Electrical, Mechanical-HVAC and Plumbing; Rommel Engineering and Construction-Design; and Rommel Cranston Service Electrical, Mechanical-HVAC and Plumbing Maintenance), all dedicated to quality workmanship through employee satisfaction and excellence.
“What really sets Rommel apart are the people and the processes,” says Bromley. “We have industry and trade experts that work together as a complete team. Our processes utilize planning and experience so we are able to stay on or ahead of schedule, and bring solutions to the table when necessary instead of running around to “put out fires.”
Rommel also takes pride in supporting the areas it serves, and has given generously of its time and resources over the years to the community of Linthicum. Through its Rommel Golf Fore Kids Tournament, the company has raised $350,000 to children’s charities throughout Maryland.
